This exhibit showcases beautiful Water Color pictures created by the late Jessie Harper. Ms. Harper was a third grade teacher at Washington Elementary School. When she passed away, her paintings were left to relatives, who are donating them for this exhibit.

The exhibit is available for public viewing from April 1 through June 30.

• Open weekdays in April and May from 9am-4pm; Closed weekends.
• Open weekdays in June from 9am-4pm; weekends 10am-3pm.
