The Rock County Historical Society hosts this 58th annual festival on the grounds of the historic Lincoln-Tallman House. The festival is juried and draws artists from throughout the Midwest to display fine arts and studio crafts in a variety of media and styles. Shop more than 90 local and regional artists while enjoying a diverse musical lineup, an ice cream social, wine/cheese tasting and more. Don't miss the pie auction!
This year, the Rock County Historical Society has paired with local artist Chantel Stried to create a new program, Art With Heart, with the express purpose of supporting youth (18 and younger) in Rock County through the sale of art created by young artists. Youth artists (18 and younger) are encouraged to create and donate 1-2 pieces of 2-D artwork, to be offered for sale at the Tallman Arts Festival. All proceeds from the sale of Art With Heart items will go to support the mission of Project 16:49, a local nonprofit, whose mission is to serve Rock County’s unaccompanied homeless teens.
