If you are looking for a way to complete your historical adventure or add a
little culture to your day, pencil in the Helen Jeffris Wood Museum Center
on your agenda. The museum center, housed in the 1912 Prairie style
residence of Stanley Dexter Tallman, is the Rock County Historical
Society's newest facility. This museum provides one stop shopping for your
history needs. The Lincoln-Tallman Restorations' visitors and ticketing
center is located here as well as a changing exhibit gallery, children's interactive
activity area, a gift shop and the administrative office of the Rock County Historical
Society.
