It’s easy to see why Janesville is Wisconsin’s Park Place with over 2,000 acres of park land, 54 improved parks, 25 miles of hiking/biking/cross country trails including a portion of the Ice Age Trail, 18 area golf courses and 15 acres of internationally themed botanical gardens at the Rotary Gardens.  Janesville is a prime destination for recreation and team building activities.  Twenty percent of Wisconsin’s buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places are located in Janesville.  Janesville’s culture and heritage extends from the beautifully restored Lincoln Tallman House to the newly renovated Janesville Performing Arts Center.  Janesville is a prime destination for fun, educational tours of all varieties.
