Created by Art Infusion 2020 featured artist, Jeff Henriquez, this enormous mural covers most of the side of the building. The locket worn by the woman on the left bears the image of Harriet Tubman, a nod to the abolitionist sentiment in Janesville, which hosted speakers Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass in 1859, as well as the nearby Milton House, a documented Underground Railroad stop that is now a museum. The large and small feathers in the native American woman's hair represent elders' support, guidance and protection for youth. The wolf represents running with a pack or tribe, and the galaxy of stars above symbolizes infinity. The flowers are wood violets, the Wisconsin state flower. Henriquez is a full-time artist from Newark, New Jersey and holds a degree in Painting from Bradford College. He works in a variety of mediums including spray paint and pen and ink. In 2019, he completed the incredible Black Hawk Mural just a block south of this mural.
