Kristin of Breathe Yoga offers gentle, compassionate instruction inspired by the outer wisdom of nature and the inner wisdom of the body. You will practice a combination of breathing techniques, reclined, seated, standing, and flowing postures, and a short meditation. All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a mat or towel, water, and wear comfortable clothes. The class begins at 6pm, so please arrive early to get settled. This class includes garden entry, so come early or stay late to walk around and enjoy the beautiful landscape. In the case of inclement weather, class will be relocated to the studio - watch Facebook for updates.
