SPACE Autastic provides a safe and specialized play area for all Autistic and other special needs individuals and their families, while helping facilitate community education and acceptance.Their large play area has many multi-sensory options to explore, while two smaller quiet rooms accommodate guests needing more private sensory experiences. Advance registration is required. Play hours are based on volunteer availability and can change weekly, so watch their Facebook and Instagram for the latest information.
They are also open for scheduled play sessions and community outings for local school Special Ed programs and Adult Day programs.
There is an ADA accessible entrance through the Hometown Pharmacy main door on Jackson Street.
