The Milton House marker #107 was erected in 1961 by the Wisconsin Historical Society, and is located in front of the Milton House Museum, a frontier inn, stagecoach stop, and station in the Underground Railroad.

The Storrs Lake Milton marker #229 was added in 1976, and is located on the side of the stable at the Milton House Museum. It marks the location of a camp of US soldiers during their pursuit of Black Hawk and more than 1,000 people during the Black Hawk War of 1832.
