Experience the sights, smells and sounds of historic World War II aircraft hosted by the CAF Airpower History Tour of Texas. Visitors will be allowed to get up close and touch the airplanes, tour the cockpit, talk to the crews, teach the kids and watch the planes FLY. Come to this fantastic show of warbirds lined up for the entire family to enjoy, with air-rides, ground-tours, live 1940s music, reenactors, vehicles, displays, and food and ice cream vendors. Some of this year's highlights include air rides on B-29 Superfortress FiFi, B-24 Liberator Diamond Lil, C-45 Expeditor Bucket of Bolts, P-51 Mustang Red Nose, WASP T-6 Texan, PT-13 Stearman, and static displays of OH6A Cayuse Loach, Hawker 800XP, and Falcon 900. Book your air-ride reservations early - many seats fill up in advance. If you reserve an air-ride before the event, you will also receive 1 free general admission wristband at the gate. Open Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM.
