Native bees are some of our most helpful but least known and understood pollinators. Head to Library Park during Pollinator Week to learn more about these gentle, hard-working insects, who are an essential part of our food chain. Learn why they're so important and meet to some of the solitary bees you may not be familiar with. Presenters will help you invite these essential guests into your garden and make sure you know what and how to plant so you can give them everything they need to thrive. Presented by Rock Prairie Master Gardeners, Mary Kay Thompson and Ruth Flescher. No registration necessary.
