Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin staff, volunteers, and fellow community members will have their vehicles decorated for Halloween and treats will be available for children and canines alike. There will also be a Spooky Snacks bake sale and raffle items available. Costumes are encouraged and dogs are welcome.
