The Elks Hoop Shoot is a free throw program for youth ages 8-13. Contestants must be at least 8 and no older than 13 as of April 1, 2024, and compete in one of 6 divisions. Winners advance through local, district, state and regional contests to reach the National Finals. In the end, the names of six national champions are permanently inscribed in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
