Kristin Mitchell, founder and owner of Little Creek Press, will be on hand to discuss her book, The Wisconsin Whey, which profiles several cheesemakers from the Driftless region. One of the featured creameries, Carr Valley Cheese, will be on hand to sample some of their delicious creations and answer questions. Wines, whiskeys, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase by the glass. Part of the HPL Book Fest.
