Milton House Museum Signature Event 2026 Featuring the Fisk Jubilee Singers

The Milton House Museum’s Signature Event 2026 will feature the world-renowned, Grammy award-winning, Fisk Jubilee Singers as its headlining performers. This extraordinary ensemble from Fisk University in Nashville, TN, has inspired audiences around the world for more than 150 years, preserving and sharing the powerful legacy of the spirituals first sung by formerly enslaved people in the United States. Their music tells a story of resilience, hope, and freedom—making their performance especially meaningful for us here at the Milton House Museum, a National Historic Landmark and Underground Railroad site. This concert helps support the preservation of the Milton House and the educational programs that share its powerful Underground Railroad story with thousands of visitors and students each year.
