This custom-built trailer offers the finest Shave Ice in southern Wisconsin, as well as ice cream treats, sodas and Bill's World Famous Lemonade. Their shavistas use the same shaving machine that is used in Maui where Luke first enjoyed this tasty treat. The truck is usually located at the corner of Milton Ave and Mount Zion, next to Luke's Deli, but it can also be scheduled for special events.
