Located at BMO Harris Bank near the Parker Drive entrance, , the large sculpture by artist O. V. Shaffer was constructed of stainless steel in 1980. Shaffer's work is exhibited throughout the United States, and several sculptures are on display in Janesville. Each piece has a sign that describes the art and includes a QR code that can be scanned by your phone, which will take you to a video of O.V. Shaffer speaking about that piece.
