Located near the Parker Place entrance of the Parker building, the large sculpture by artist O. V. Shaffer is constructed of welded brass sheets. Shaffer's work is exhibited throughout the United States, and several sculptures are on display in Janesville. Each piece has a sign that describes the art and includes a QR code that can be scanned by your phone, which will take you to a video of O.V. Shaffer speaking about that piece.
