Located in the heart of downtown in the West Side Town Square, the Bubbler is an interactive water feature - part sculpture, part splash pad, part music and light show. It was named through a community contest. For those unfamiliar with Wisconsin lingo, some locals use the word 'bubbler' in place of 'drinking fountain.' The round shape, the water, and Wisconsin tradition all informed the name choice.
