Art Infusion celebrates creativity in all its forms—and this year, the art extends to a tattoo competition. During Tattoo Competition Week, participating downtown Janesville tattoo shops will offer special flash designs, walk-in opportunities, and other custom tattoos. Every eligible tattoo completed during Tattoo Week will be entered by shops into the Art Infusion Tattoo Competition, where the public will vote to determine the People's Choice winners following the event.
