This two part workshop is for those seeking natural solutions to better understand, manage, and prevent anxiety and stress. Sabrina of Natural Patterns Ayurveda will discuss causes and symptoms as well as ways of managing and preventing anxiety. Kristin from Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center will offer practices including breath work, movement, meditation, and sound healing. You will leave with simple home remedies for daily life. No yoga experience necessary! Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
