This year's competition will be same sex, teams of 2. There will be 4 workouts; all workouts will be released before competition day. There are two athlete divisions to choose from (RX and Scaled). All teams registered before October 1st will receive an event t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division. Costumes encouraged.
