Fall Equinox Restorative Yoga, Acupuncture, and Sound Healing

Join Emilee of Emilee’s Healing Hut and Sophie of Kitsune Acupuncture for a restorative yoga, sound bath, and acupuncture relaxation experience.
This class will consist of 60-minute guided restorative asanas that gently move your body while promoting well-being and relaxation of the mind. After movement, Emilee will do a sound bath healing. At the same time, Sophie will complete acupuncture to deepen relaxation with either one needle in Yintang, a powerful acupoint on the third eye, or ear seeds on both ears.
