Instructor Dove Pierce will walk you through creating a beautifully delicious cheese and charcuterie board. Dove is an artist when it comes to creating beautiful displays for food. She will demonstrate folding charcuterie, cutting cheese, decoration and placement as well as provide advice on selecting the best products. And then everyone noshes, drinks wine, and socializes.
