Valentine's Wine Tasting & Charcuterie Class

What makes a good charcuterie board? And what wines should you pair with your board? Get answers to these questions and more, when you attend Genisa's build-your-own charcuterie board class and wine tasting event. Chef Joshua will be on hand to discuss what makes a great charcuterie board and how you can recreate a beautiful and delicious board at home for your next dinner party, or just a casual Sunday afternoon snack. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own board with a large selection of meats, cheeses, and accouterments. Bar Manager and sommelier Kris Latka will be pouring a great selection of wines and discussing what you should keep in mind when you pair wines with meats & cheeses. This will be a fun, casual, and enjoyable evening of great wine, great food, and great people. Space is limited and reservations are required.
