This uplifting, whimsical addition to downtown was painted by Jim Richter, the artist responsible for both the Janesville Icons Mural and the Doty Mill Alley Mural. The mural title is especially meaningful during this particularly challenging time as we struggle with COVID-19. As the title says, Keep Looking Up - the mural cover three stories.
