Join Genisa for a night that celebrates two Wisconsin treasures: the timeless tradition of the supper club and the storied craftsmanship of Wollersheim Winery. This exclusive five-course dinner reimagines the nostalgic flavors of a classic Wisconsin evening out through the creative lens of Genisa’s culinary team. Each course will be paired with wines and spirits from Wollersheim’s historic estate in Prairie du Sac, where old-world wine and spirit making meets Midwestern heart. Every pairing has been thoughtfully selected to honor the comforting, hometown spirit of the supper club while showcasing the depth and elegance of Wisconsin-grown grapes. Throughout the evening, a representative from Wollersheim Winery will share the story behind each pour—its place in Wisconsin’s winemaking heritage, the family’s generational craft, and how local and distant terroir shapes each bottle. The bar opens at 5:45 PM and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Space is limited and reservations are required. Gratuity not included.
